If your child is absent for any reason, parents are to complete the Google Form indicating the reason for their absence. Faith Infant and Early Education Centre monitor all children’s absences to ensure that each and every child is accounted for on a daily basis.
The Absent Form is to be completed by 10 am each and every day your child is away. If it is for an extended period you can use the ‘Other” section and leave a comment.
